Create Surrender Option
please create a surrender option rather than holding the losing team who is getting destroyed hostage.

I agree but only if people leave. I don't want to be forced in a 4 v 6.

if the game is surrendered then you wont be forced to do anything but go back to the main menu...

Surrender button but its an anonymous vote and it needs to be unanimous. No 4 stacks feeding early and ending the game at 9 minutes because they didnt like how lane went (when you can 100% come back even after getting your butt handed to you in lane) and they have a majority. Its gotta be all or nothing
NO PLEASE NO! Then we will just have people surrendering because they died once! It's soo annoying, just let them have the satisfaction of actually killing you.

Yes that's exactly my point. I think in 6v6 there shouldn't be a surrender option, but if people leave allow the option.

Deadlock is a game for comebacks. The biggest advantage teams get is a ~20k soul lead, meaning each person gets an extra T3 mod. The only time a forfeit would be reasonable is when a teammate leaves. There's already a system for this (no penalty for leaving after a few minutes), and a vast minority of games are totally lost, so there's not much of a reason for a forfeit option.

I disagree with this only slightly. Creeps in this game have very poor damage output compared to other Mobas. So a team thats way ahead can happily just spawnkill the losing team and it might take 7 minutes or more for creeps to end the game naturally, ive seen it happen. There are a lot of low experience games (ive seen these too) that have absolutely massive differences in skill where the game truly is over.

That said, I agree! Its not over until its over. I have been down by 40k souls on our team and we managed to win because we got a team wipe on the enemy when they were midboss. We pushed and we won because they made a really bad mistake and let our creep push up the lanes. But if literally everyone on a team agrees that the game is over, why not let them surrender? If not a single person wants to try anymore on the team, how is that fun for either the losing team or the winning team?

Thats why I think a unanimous surrender vote would be an alright QoL feature. Not necessary, but could be helpful
