MonKrill can ult you and there are actives, but with unstopp, it's jover.
She almost always drops in from behind or the side.
So, assuming she only has Unstoppable and is ulting...
---
Weapon:
Escalating Resilience increases your Bullet Resist per bullet hit; not great when she's ulting.
Hunter's Aura can reduce her fire rate by 10% or 30% if she's the only enemy nearby; 30% VS the over 150% she can get...
Heroic Aura's speed boost can help your team get out of the ult zone.
Warp Stone is a solo escape.
---
Vitality:
Several items here offer varying amounts of Bullet Resist and Bullet Shield.
Health Nova can give a full heal to the full team if you're all caught in the ult, giving everyone just a bit more time to move out.
Return Fire might just kill Haze if multiple people with high damage weapons pop it.
Improved Bullet Armor cuts almost half her damage on its own, and you can add more Bullet Resist with other items.
Metal Skin, Metal Skin, METAL SKIN. Total bullet immunity for 3 seconds.
Inhibitor. A single bullet cuts all her damage output by 35% before other factors.
Colossus. Huge HP gain as a passive and then you can activate the main effect to get 40% Bullet Resist among other benefits.
Phantom Strike can be used to escape if you have another enemy to teleport to.
---
Spirit:
Suppressor/Mystic Slow can apply 25%/40% fire rate slow with any spirit damage.
Withering Whip is an active item that applies a 40% fire rate slow from a decent range.
Ethereal Shift grants total invulnerability for a few seconds and then increased power when you exit it.
Diviner's Kevlar grants a massive Bullet Shield after ulting.
Echo Shard, for some reason, grants both movement speed and resistance as passive effects.
Magic Carpet is 400 shield and increased movement speed to escape... except it has a warm-up period on summon and you can be stunned or rooted out of it.
Refresher might grant you access to an escape ability.
---
Character specific:
Some of these are based on when Unstoppable did not protect against forced movement; I haven't checked to see if forced movement still works as of the most recent patches. Also, all of these are nullified if your character is Silenced and many of the movement-based escape options can be negated by specific effects.
Abrams can bravely Shoulder Charge to at least push Haze away from everyone else, last I checked. Seismic Impact can get him up in the air out of the AOE and stun a Haze whose Unstoppable was on cooldown.
Bebop can try to uppercut her away or heroically sacrifice himself to pull her closer to him and away from everyone else.
Dynamo's Quantum Entanglement has an Invincible group teleport option for a mass escape. Rejuvenating Aurora can at least help people try to heal through it while moving away.
Grey's Rain Of Arrows is a personal escape.
Infernus can Flame Dash to escape and slow her fire rate by 30% while dealing DOT.
Ivy's ult can allow her and an ally to escape; when upgraded twice, it also grants 300 shielding. Her Watcher's Covenant when upgraded grants movement speed for a faster escape and can tether to 2 people at max level. Stone Form can allow her to become invincible and interrupt a Haze without Unstoppable or escape the radius.
Kelvin can Ice Path out and use the panels to block LOS with clever positioning. Arctic Beam can slow her fire rate up to 40%. Frozen Shelter, used carefully, can cut off her LOS to others; with insane spirit stacking via items, it can also allow regenning through her damage.
Lash can Grapple away or use a max level Flog to drop her fire rate by 35%.
McGinnis can use her wall to cut off LOS and Medicinal Specter to allow more time to escape via healing.
Mo+Krill's Burrow is an astounding escape tool with increased movement speed and 80% Bullet Resist!
Paradox can swap Haze to somewhere she'll do less damage. Time Wall seems like it should stop bullets passing through it, but doesn't seem to.
Pocket can escape with Flying Cloak or wait out the ult in the suitcase; exiting early at max level will slap her with 40% fire rate reduction.
Shiv can charge away with Slice And Dice and Bloodletting allows him to defer the ult's insane damage until later. It's also fun to impale Haze with a lot of Knives from outside of her ult AOE and watch her bleed out.
Vindicta can pop Flight to escape.
Viscous can Cube himself or someone else to save them. Puddle Punch might bounce Haze away. His ult is also a great escape with 60% Bullet Resist.
Warden's Flask at max level is a 35% fire rate slow; at any level, it reduces weapon damage by 30% but that doesn't help against her ult despite it scaling with bullet damage. Willpower is a solo escape tool. Last Stand grants an unspecified amount of Bullet Resist while charging if he, for whatever reason, can't escape the AOE.
Wraith can escape with Project Mind's teleport, which also grants a shield upon upgrading.
Yamato's Power Slash has 60% Resist while charging and upgraded if she can't escape. Flying Strike can target another enemy for an escape. Crimson Slash steals HP and inflicts 30% or 60% fire rate slow based on upgrade level. Shadow Transformation is a hard counter with an invincible start-up, 40% Bullet Resist, and reduced cooldowns on other abilities.
