Game was really boring...
Game doesn't have any fun "WOW" moments. Its actually really boring and drags out to waste time for no reason. The matches are dreadfully long and uneventful. I gave it a good solid couple of hours and it just didn't do anything for me. I've already played this game before, there is nothing innovative about what they're doing.

Getting good at the game will make the game enjoyable. Doing 1v2+ and carrying is fun. But you're not going to be doing much of that if you aren't investing some time into getting comfortable with the gameplay and learning the mechanics and nuances of the game. Also, this game has a relatively high skill floor and ceiling. Like a game like DotA, it's not going to be for everyone, especially not for more casual players.

I'm not a casual player. My steam account is almost 20 years old.. I've been playing video games for a long time. I have a very simple rule, if the game is not fun after 2 hours it's not worth playing. I don't need to spend more time waiting until it gets "fun", that's a waste of my time.

I know how moba's work, I've played thousands of hours of league of legends, heroes of the storm, ect.. That's why this game is so unappealing to me. I've already played this game before, I don't need to play it again with terrible character designs and awful game mechanics.

I understand the appeal for some people, I get it if you've never played a game like this before, it's exciting coming up with new builds ect, ect... Been there, done that.

But these games also become toxic very quickly and the "Fun" as drawn out in an unhealthy way. I'll stick to Battlebit Remastered.

Your profile shows you only playing casual games based on your reviews - you hide your games list which probably has a ton more casual games in it. For the competitive games you've reviewed, you disliked ALL of them. This strongly suggests you are bad at competitive games and/or don't have the spirit/grit/skill/commitment/etc. for them. You only like and have good hours in battlebit, but that's not a seriously competitive game - is catered to young folk and is more on the casual side of things.

And that's fine. Gamers should play games that they enjoy. If you don't enjoy competitive games that's fine. But you can't expect competitive games to cater to you. You have to understand that not every game is going to be for everyone. It's practically impossible for any one game to be able to please everyone.

you are most definitely a casual player
length of time playing games doesn't define casual or not. a Pro could be playing less than a fanatic who is dog turds at the game.
your sole choice of games played before shows you chose the casual side of moba. it's alright. it's okay. cry is free lil bro.
ohhh okay. I didn't know that

I played for 19 min. I felt nothing but the urge to close.
Back to Dead By Daylight.

It's a very frustrating experience indeed especially knowing the game is pretty much lost when a teammate does terrible in their lane and feeds the enemy.

Except it isn't, as long as a team can grind out the game to late game and then get a bit of farming in it evens out very quickly. It's not a game for people who just give up like your average moba adc player.

"FUN" is very subjective. What's not very "fun" is people coming into the forums trying to convince other people that the game isn't fun for them as well. It's weird energy. Maybe spend that on something else you might like, whether that's eating something you like, going outside, conversing with people you like, there's different things in this life to keep you satisfied. I'm having fun with the game, I can't wait to see it improve. If I have an issue, I'll gladly write it in a constructive way for people to understand me and a way for the devs to possibly take it into consideration.

These people think their completely irrelevant opinions are worth hearing, so they post in the forum about their personal experience without feedback,

Like, it makes sense if they're saying "Here's what my problem is."

But it's always the stupid drama hounds, back of hands pressed to their foreheads whinging out their opinions as if they matter to the community that they're literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on.

Away with you.
Well, if anyone else is reading that hasn’t tried out the game, I guess this was for them, and also venting for having wasted a good 2 hours of my time while never actually having fun. I guess that’s the risk you take when you try something new.

It just wasn’t fun to pick up and play and that’s it, not much else to it really. I think it’s helpful for people who may be on the fence.

Regardless of what you may think, my opinion still matters whether I’m a master gamer 9000 or a scrubby newb with low hours on steam games.. I played more on battle.net then steam, steam didn’t always have good games when I opened my account almost 20 years ago. All of my time was on battle.net. Classic blizzard

It’s ok to state an opinion, people do it with games all the time, we’ve been doing this on the internet as old as time.

I’ve heard the “go away” guy for like 25 years now… you guys always say the same thing lol

It's okay to state your opinion, that's freedom of speech.

Just like it's our freedom of speech to tell you we think your opinion is worthless to us.

You should post feedback on official Deadlock forums. Devs read everyone's feedback there. There is no point posting here.
