This game has potential, but Valve needs to invest MUCH MORE in it.
The game is incredible, it is a mix of hero shooter with MOBA super entertaining, with a great variety of characters and good original designs of each one, but there are aspects that can still be improved, especially in the future where the closed beta will no longer be an option, especially in the future when a business model for the game is required.

-First from the consumer's point of view:
Free to play video games are maintained with business methods of selling skins, dances, emotes, etc., since these are only decorative and do not affect gameplay or the multiplayer experience. I think you already take this into account for future updates, especially when you have things like TF2 or Counter Strike, but this game requires a different approach to cosmetics than just parts like hats, shirts or weapons, but complete sets and editing of how spells look (take Smite for example).
Of course there is a lot of potential to include emotes or celebrations in the game, since for example, when waiting before starting a match, players can only crouch and punch, and they spam that too much, there is desire for emotes, I'm sure of that.

-Second, from an artist's point of view:
I'm an independent illustrator with a lot of interest in what they can achieve here, although the character design is incredible and unique, I consider that this section is a bit wasted, especially in the part of waiting for the game or selecting the character, where the only thing shown is the 3D model, don't get me wrong, I love them, but it's a place where they could take advantage of things like splashart or more striking conceptual art that call more interest about a player's character, for my part I would recommend not creating complete splashart, but rather non-rectangular illustrations of the characters with animation done in Live2D or Spine2D ,things like that only exist in mobile games, but in a PC game it would be amazing to see it ...again.
The interface is also a bit simplistic, especially the start menus, which could be improved a bit to make them more attractive, a different font format perhaps?

-Third, from the player's point of view:
The game has potential, but lacks certain tools that would make the experience better, for example a "shooting range" tool, where you can try out different builds with different characters to see their advantages/disadvantages.
And in other things that I know will be fixed in the future, the problem of character balancing, which requires constant attention, especially due to the number of characters and skills, is hard work, but necessary, for example, I have experienced failures with characters like Grey Talon who, when placing his traps, end up on elevated surfaces quite often where they are practically useless even if an enemy character passes right next to them, this is a problem in the early game where cover and slow play are more of a priority and skills have a long cooldown.
Or for example, Vindicta, whose damage is supposed to be prioritized at long range, is literally a test dummy compared to Mirage or McGinnins who melted me even at the maximum range where I was doing damage to them with Vindicta

For my part, I wish the best to the game developers in the future, from artists to programmers, they have gold here, it is just a matter of Valve not abandoning it like TF2.
