Take her farm, dont let her solo your weakest team members, farm the enemy jungle, engage her strategically. Bait out Ult (she cant speed up how fast she moves during it, so once youre out, youre usually safe) and then engage from there. She has almost no spirit damage, so Bullet Resist and Metal Skin and Disarm render her inert.
Dont get me wrong, its not an easy thing to do. its hard to think about actively countering someone as opposed to passively (actively meaning going out of your way to play differently and try to shut her down, vs passive where you just buy counter items and play your own game). It takes coordination too, coordination I dont always have myself.
Side note, this is what works with the strong Hazes I go up against in my groups higher MMR, but its not the top MMR, so I cant speak to that
If you want to focus on CC ability/item as a mean to counter her, make sure they don't have anti-CC item like Unstoppable because a good player will wait on you to burn all your CC options.
