Non-VAC bans only apply on a "per game" basis, per the FAQ and Valve's policies regarding putting game control in the hands of the staff for those particular games. Granted, being toxic enough or cheating often/blatantly enough to get multiple separate development teams to ban you from their games' online services does say a lot about someone.
To be fair to OP, hasn't received a ban in what looks close to 2-and-three/quarter years.
Not trying to vouch for OP or anything, just saying.
got hacked and someone got my rust accoutn hacked, and per easy anti cheat they dont unban even when you got hacked. And dead by daylight i did because i played on console and didnt wanna grind for my progress back so i got all the perks. not a big deal lmao. Only one i deserve is cs.
