Remember, ziplines only go down the lanes, and only as far as you have troops. Mirage can go anywhere a visible Hero is.
It's such a good ability that the rest of his innate capabilities have to be mediocre. His gun is slow, and he generally doesn't have any quick way of taking down objectives, so the cheeky backdoor is usually out of the question for him. Using it to escape is a risk, and kind of a waste. It can also go really, really wrong if you teleport into a loosing fight.
I knew, just from one sandbox test, that I was gonna see Mirage players teleport in disorientated and looking at a blank wall, spinning in place to try and figure out where they are, only to be dome'd by a Paradox laser and swapped into the base guardians and obliterated.
I'm not a betting man, but keep an eye on what really good players do with that ability once they get used to it. I promise you it'll wreck super hard.
