Report a translation problem
basically i think it has to do with using a non-native resolution. the scaling the render goes through affects how the mouse moves.
But also i have 2 monitors, so when i tried this the first time, the game temporarily reset to my 2nd 1080p monitor so it didn't actually revert to the native 1440p resolution of my main monitor. So you have to restart the game while having already set the video to using the native resolution.
i ended up lowering basically all the other visuals to get back some frames but really there's not much difference frame wise.
windowed at a lower resolution would probably work too but after getting a solution i dont want to test any more
I don't sure if keyboard can be this broken to be broken only in one game. Like, it always is working just fine, it's something in game that's for sure.
id still try and borrow a different keyboard to test, different games register input differently and there might be some frequency problem unique to this game and whatever your keyboard is putting out
