High ping and lags

The game is currently completely unplayable. The ping is constantly fluctuating between 20 and 500, which makes it impossible to have a stable connection. It feels like upload lag because characters are responding one to two seconds after input, and sometimes there's even rollback. You urgently need to identify and resolve the underlying cause of these lags. After extensive testing, I am absolutely certain that the issue is not on my end. I have no packet loss on either incoming or outgoing connections.
