i keep getting this showing up anytime I try to play the game and all I want to do is play with my best friend who invited me to the game, ive even tried switching servers and playing the "learn to play" thing but the only thing i'm able to get into is sandbox, apart from that I literally cant play the game, please lend some help if you know anything.

It might be the server time it's only open for certain regions for certain time's go to guides and one of them teaches you how to play at any time of the day by using console command to swap servers.
Press F7 while on main menu and type these.
Basically just type
citadel_region_override -1-5 and hit enter that's it.

i work around it by using the wifi on my pc (no a laptom but the motherboard have an antena)
and it worked, but as soon as i try to play via ethernet the games gives me the same error again...
also worked on the hotspot in my smartphone but is better on wifi for obvious reasons.
i hope they fix this soon because its an stupid error

WTF is the matter with you that's literally how people were getting past the regional times there's multiple guides for it on steam.

But now that I see you have a VAC ban it might be a good thing you can't play maybe your already pre banned.

Fix:

Type in the search bar CMD (The windows Command Prompt)
Open CMD as an Administrator (it will ask you open it as admin if you opened it normally later)
Enter the command "netsh advfirewall reset"
After hitting enter, it will send an 'ok' message.
