Severely stressful game, for a comparison look at the Moba SMITE. But now you also have to aim, jump around vertically and be vigilant about 3 dimensions at all times. Items are confusingly displayed and im sure an asinine playstyle meta will emerge shortly. Now there are already like 30 heroes. How could you possibly get kinda good at the game if youre not a hobbyless loser? Who needs this?
To me Deadlock looks much more casual than Smite, League, Dota or any other MOBA. You just chill, shoot some people and have fun. Dying is not very punishing, items are simple and you can just copy one of many community builds in game (literally have to press 2 buttons to get a good build). Also time to kill is very long so your lack of awareness or positioning is not that punishing.
