Sometimes FPS drops are due to the servers and not your actual PC.

You need to not use the preset graphics settings. Enable your custom resolution and graphics settings, set your native resolution + Fullscreen behaviour, turn everything off, use FSR 2.0 setting.

This will get you the best performance + best visuals for competitive.

i have never seen a single framedrop in this game on max settings not even in these huge 12v12 teamfights with so many effects.
