Pocket is terrible design.

This is a character that cannot be interacted with unless the person playing them volunteers to let you interact. An extremely long range teleport, an untargetability that cleanses, and the teleport can be wound up during the untargetability so it can't be interrupted. And an enormous DoT for an ult so they can run away but still contribute to fights. A competent Pocket player should be ending every match with 0 deaths.

Silencer. Slowing Hex. Curse. Silence Glyph. Wraith Ult at near point blank. Dynamo ult etc.

DoT can be cleansed off with Debuff Remover. So, yeah you negated his entire ult with an item you'll want anyways.

I think you should probably learn more about the game before jumping to conclusions.
