Quickcast not working?

I enabled quickcast on item. But when I try to use for example, curse on an enemy, it still display the right click to enable and assigned hotkey to cancel. Like in Dota if your cursor hovers an enemy then it will automatically use the active item without having to click again. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Nevermind you should assign the bindings and setting to individual heroes then it is working

this happened to me now, i dont know what happened but my abilities just went default normal cast
