Life steal bug?
When having Leech (35%), enduring spirit (10%), spirit life steal(23%), diviners Kevlar(20%) and mystic reverb (14%) my spirit life steal should be 102% but with all those items it lists my spirit life steal at 69% instead. Has anyone come across this before and do they know whats going on with this? I tried doing the math to see if this bonus is added to your existing life steal but thats not the case either. It just seems like it has reduced scaling as it goes up and you can't get it over a certain threshold. I could but infuser to add an additional 20% situational life steal but if it is already scaling back my life steal for the other items I do not know if that is worth having as it might only give me 2-4% based on what I am seeing from these other ones.

Lifesteal was nerfed to apply diminishing returns when stacking in an update two weeks ago. It's listed in the patch notes on patchbot.io under the 10-10-24 notes, "Misc Gameplay" (idk if Valve is cool with site links here otherwise I would provide, don't use the forums enough). It...seems a little off with how much you lose on the returns (generally around 50% or more of an item's LS percentage is lost last I looked).

Awesome I was worried it was some bug with a patch implementation. I need to go back through and read the patch notes

You wont find an update stating that two weeks ago, it has been like that for months now atleast.
The lower your lifesteal vallue is, the more of it counts. This is the same with spirit and bullet resist. The first 20-25% gets counted fully, after that it gets less and less.
So its not just lifesteal.

Thanks for letting me know, I found a foot note on that update from 10-10-24 notes and it stated that the amount it goes up gets less and less effective as you add to it but it did not give a scale for it so you cant really decide where the cut off is for effectiveness. I guess it will be something that the community will have to figure out as we go.
