Silence means he can't use Bloodletting to clear his deferred damage or any of his abilities.
Decay is a really good active item that shuts down any self-heal he uses and quickly turns a good chunk of his HP bar into deferred damage.
Abrams' Charge 100% trumps Slice & Dice.
He has no burst damage outside of Slice and absolutely perfect double-barrel blasts at close range. Serrated Edge can miss and has a tiny projectile with travel time and drop.
If he goes melee... parry. Anyone can parry at any time.

Meanwhile, Haze: "While invisible and moving at over 10mps sprint speed, I popped Silencer and ult to wipe the full team in under 3 seconds".
Hope devs detect a lot of similar posts there and change(nerf) this unkillable hero with ton of dmg
This hero literally can be 0-100 but if it bought 2-3 main dmg items and 1 vamp = game over for you
P.s. 4 games in a row vs shiv, 3 of them won but in all games this hero pain in the 9ss
Last I checked, you could only get an account on the dedicated original "secret beta test" forum by jumping through Discord hoops like a good little consumer monkey; before the leaks, that was pretty much limited to special streamers and a few lucky QA people with actual experience in beta testing.

Forum helps, shiv nerfed)
I don't usually take curse.
"So this dude bought Slowing Bullets and Mystic Slow. I'm guessing that this is almost entirely a waste, right?"
No, I shot him while he couldn't get away fast enough and when I missed I spirit slapped him while he couldn't get away fast enough and then he's dead because our whole team dogpiled him.
What is the worst thing for a player living on borrowed time? Less of it. It would literally be be good even if they didn't stack at all, because you'll still have a slow to tag them with when your mag is empty or vice versa.
If you are buying curse and not using a weapon damage build, there are better actives to choose. That's literally some parrot stuff. He can just get cursed, survive the ~3 seconds and move on.
While the healing reduction of Toxic Bullets doesn't mess with his damage mitigation, the bleed damage seems to screw him over anyway.
I guess those are TF2/Overwatch/League people?
Here's how to have a blast with any game in this genre: Every time you hate something, play it. When you own with it, you will know its weakness. I agree that Shiv needs some balancing. If you play 1 hero, or even a small subset of heroes, you will suck eggs except when you don't. If you play every hero, and try all the items, you will quickly find you don't need a build page at all.
