Wraith is a Hard carry, hard carries tend to be weaker in lane, and therefore easier to bully. Since her card burst damage (and burst items as well) have been reduced in strength, shes does have the same "get off me" power she used to.
My best advice is to not watch specific Guides on how to play wraith, but instead just watch higher level gameplay, preferably with commentary. Watch how the players move in lane, how they position. When they move forward, when they move back. When they farm jungle camps and how they engage. If the actual gameplay has wraith in it, all the better, but it sounds like you just have some fundamental issues in the game. Thats nothing to be ashamed of, and I dont say it as a dig.
Fundamentals are extremely taxing and tough to get down. Movement, positioning, aim, map awareness, item awareness, itemization, Souls per Minute, jungling, rotating, ganking, knowing when you have space for urn or mid-boss. Theres so much thats just not instinctual as well. A ton of things you cant just learn from experience, you have to see it or find it out.
outside my other advice, I would practice being more agressive about where you stand in lane. You are NOT safe behind or around your Gaurdian. This is something that is pretty unique to Deadlock. You are much safer, especially in a duo lane, when your team has high ground or is covering multiple angles, so the enemy laners cant just freely harass you. If all you are doing is hiding by Guardian, if you do it smart you can get decent farm, especially if you deny. Call for a Gank if theyre consistently pushed up. Thats one of the fastest ways to turn a lane in your favor.
Hope that helps in any kind of remote way. Im not the best player myself, so these were the things that helped me
