threre is a dedicated report channel on the official discord.
Where you put the game ID, character (example vindicta) name and the timestamp when they cheated.

I did have a few guys who i tought cheated but turned out they where just very good after checking replay.

I saw some "new" cheats for me.
Guys play under the ground. could hit the enemies but couldnt hit by enemie (because player was under the ground)
And the character models spinning around

there bunch of new hard easily dogdeable cheat-hacks and softwares that anti-cheat of VAC doesnt even cant recognize, why valve wouldnt focus on hacker crisis, in region 0 impossible to play just because every enemy at least one will be cheating
