Deadlock

Fix meleehit registration.
its not fun to get hit from 1 gorillian miles away

with melee that says on paper it only does 250 damage, but is somehow does 900 damage instead (only a 400% margin of error that buffs dont accumulate to)

On a sidenote with melee, abrams spamming melee with a $1000 stun/parry immunity item is dumb. The only counterplay to melee is to parry. If an item is making you immune to the only counter, the item should ATLEAST be expensive.

What you're referring to is probably melee damage + damage from items (i.e. spirit strike).

I agree that parry stun shouldn't be reduced by items.

Hit registration is awful, and there are already cheaters using range extensions and parry immunity; it absolutely needs to be improved.

The actual damage is considerable, but it's self-defeating in that a charged melee is a huge commitment with limited range and vulnerability to i-states and parries (assuming everyone is playing fair); if someone grabs all the melee items, then they've put all their eggs in a very fragile and specialized basket.

Parry stun is a negative status effect, so it makes sense that the couple of items that reduce duration or give temporary stun immunity would affect it; the person who parried still has a time advantage against duration reduction, though, since their successful parry animation will always end before the stun ends. For temporary stun immunity, it IS a 6200 cost item with a long cooldown and an Unstoppable melee character can still be, you know, shot in the face from long range.
