There's also hero specific issues, such as Bebop's sticky bombs infinitely stacking with no risk, allowing him to suicide bomb people and be rewarded for it. Paradox having a brain dead combo that instantly removes an enemy player. Yamato ult being an insane stat stick.
The biggest issue however, is the lack of developer feedback for their goals and the reasoning behind their changes. I.e. there was a change to make Enduring Spirit (a green item) build into Slowing Hex (a purple item), and no one has any idea why.
So, basically the MOBA-Shooter hybrid is doing MOBA things?
All of this is pretty standard MOBA stuff. Take a look at League or DOTA and you'll see all of this.
I personally thing that the CC in deadlock is pretty well done as far as CC in MOBAs go. Considering that the hard CC abilities don't go off instantly which gives you a chance to either escape, like with Warden's cage or to put some distance between you and the enemy, like Wraith's ult.
Don't forget as well that this game is in a very early state. So plenty of room for any egregious stuff to be reigned in.
