its an alpha. this kind of criticism is warranted. don't try to silence it. you may as well be a "get-gud" chud.
That said, as far as things go, I find 3-> 2 -> 1 works really well as a combo (hook, bomb while they're in hook pull because it still works during other skills, then knockback in the direction you want them to go before they land on the ground and can dodge)

How many times have you played BeBop? How many times should you play BeBop before giving feeback? I main BeBop and it took about 4 games for me to really get what he is doing, is that enough? Is it too little?
You provided zero data and only initial feels. That's further solidified by you not even knowing his bread and butter 3-2-1 combo, and feel like you have enough to give solid feedback?
This isn't even "git gud", it's learn the fundamentals of how it's currently working, to even be able to talk about how it could possibly work.
