Endless Campaign Save Lost

So annoying. I was 12 Waves in, having fun. I pressed the button to add a save point at a particular moment in the game, then Xed the program because I had other stuff to do and didn't want it running in the background. When I came back, the save file was completely gone. Not sure how this could happen since I had opened that save file before, so how could it just delete itself completely?????

Anyone else have this problem?

I ran into this to, I had made a save point, and then used the menu to exit to desktop and it gave the " last save was at 7/27/2024 2300 " now here I can 7/28 and save is gone :(

not sure how to fix.. might just have to restart. just wanted to bump the thread.
