Does this have any achievements for completion or any end?
OR
It is an infinite challenge generation until you run out of health?

Dont know since every time i advance the next day, my achievements stops unlocking. I restarted the game twice already.

It has an end. A finale round, and you get an item for it.

If you're having problems with that challange, like I did. Hold all balls except one so you don't need to dodge all 4 balls.
While waiting on the last ball every time, stack your special abillity with Otto. That went pretty easy for me.

the strat is still working. i usually do that for all matches.
if anyone is wondering, there are 5 rounds in the tournament in total, and you need to beat it to get a unique equipment. i recorded both of my successful attempts here:
