Regarding your level, sometimes the enemies appear tougher than they really are. Try to get more XP from the optional battles (opponents with a red icon on their heads) if you can! There are also some items that level you up scattered throughout the school.
If you are still having too much trouble and this is upsetting you, you can lower the damage you take on the acessibility option too. I hope this helps!
I honestly think I could beat the ones 10 levels above me had my HP gone back to full after each battle but I had to start the third battle at very low HP so it was like I couldn't really do anything.
Yea that fight got hairy very fast, although I remember surviving the third round barely with some good dodging and catch.
Don't remember if Ballooney was unlocked that time, his heals helped a lot!
This game would be an experiment for me, but it made me remember another sports RPG game I played once and I got kinda excited about some stuff.
Now today I only hoped that I can be sure the game isn't filled with useless AI.
You know those enemies where you try to have a good fight but they aren't able to aim properly at you if there life depends on it.
How long is the single player mode? PVP with this game might be interessting, but that's never really my main reason to buy a game.
This sidequest was an insane difficulty spike, Actually got me very annoyed and frustrated, making me wonder wtf the devs were thinking throwing a 3 wave fight without heals and a lvl 17 enemy at you right at the start of chapter 2
Thankfully I discovered the accessibility options and cheated my way through..
Wasted too much time as it was on that.
I've yet to actually be able to use her Limit Break special either, which I thought might have given me an edge. Fills way too slow compared to the enemies
Ah well, I'm glad I could move the difficulty in my favour. That daily challenger sidequest who started off at 1HP in chapter 1 got a ridiculous jump also, completely wiped me out in 1 or 2 hits when I challenged him again :O
Chapter 1 of the game certainly set up a false sense of how easy the battles were generally going to be before destroying you as early as thing
Next attempt I just rebounded the shot with Mina and did the ~60 odd damage back to him for a win
