You gain little exp, an item and quite a good amount of money, but the game don't change that much.

There's an achievement if you defeat Boris the first time! :D
Also you get XP and a bit of money.

Thanks guys. Got bitter medicine and 3 dollars from defeating him. Used a strategy by trowing 2 while keeping all 3 balls. So i only dodge 2 balls while predicting his fast trow.

Another effective strategy is: to dodge his balls instead of catching them! ;)

I did something similar. I would dodge by jumping then do an aerial attack.
