I just started playing the game. I finished the first level (I thought) and then realized on the next level that there were things I was supposed to be collecting that I didn't (chests and some kind of papers?). So I went back to the first level and collected the chests--couldn't find the papers. So I tried to switch to the 2nd level but when I go to levels on the menu screen, the only one that seems to be available is the Museum.

Could someone explain to me what I'm supposed to be collecting other than stars and chests and whoever the game is telling me to do?

Also, how do I switch to the different levels in the menu screen?

Also, is there a way to skip the dialog once you've been through it the first time?

Okay, so in order to switch to different levels, what I had to do was click on "Continue" after making it to the second stage. That way, it will take you directly where you left off. I'm assuming after you open the third stage, it will let you select between the first two, etc, etc.

The pieces of paper are in various places. Always interact with anything you walk by that has a hand icon bubble next to it. The treasure chests are scattered about the maze, you'll just have to hunt for them. I also find it easier to use my mouse to move my character around since he doesn't always go the way I want him to when at a forking path.

I do not think there is a way to skip the dialogue, unfortunately--only dialog I've been able to skip so far is those that are in the cutscene movies at the end of the level. I just hold my mouse button down and a fast forward button pops up, and I keep it held down until the circle fills.
