I understand why people hate Sweet Baby Inc. How they've responded to the curator page was awful. Wanting someone to get doxed is evil, and I do not in anyway condone that behavior. However! I don't think them being linked to a project, immediately means it's bad. specifically less narrative heavy games like Sable, Breeze in the Clouds and of course, Battle Shapers.

I'm not saying you should just give money to Sweet Baby Inc. You have the right to spend on whatever you want. But I think its a little unfair to dismiss this game as well as the hard work that Metric Empire has put into it because a certain disliked company is a part of it.

I have absolutely no problem with dismissing the game and any hard work that went into it when SWI were a part of its development. People need to realise it’s not about the game itself, it’s about associating with racists and their extremist views. By purchasing the game (regardless of quality) I would be directly funding racism and people who openly despise me because my skin happens to be white which is obviously vile and not something any rational person wants to be associated with.

It's not even about racism to me, it's that they're Socialists and I don't tolerate Socialism in any form. Their identity politics (like the race stuff) is just something they use as a tool to destabilise our societies by trying to pit us against each other, but they don't believe even half of their own nonsense.

Too bad I bought this game at the start of its early access, because if I'd known about the SBI involvement back then I wouldn't have given them my money even if the gameplay is actually good. I just hate Socialism and Socialists a metric f-ton more than I like this game's gameplay.

By your metric, punishing a murderer is "doxing".

Sweet baby Inc. is EVIL. Just look at the last 100 years of history, look at WHO were the worst monsters. Strikingly similar in views.

There is no way to selectively punish them, so it's a moral choice. Fully understanding that in the short term some projects that had the terrible idea of working with them will suffer, despite being only partially involved, is what is needed to get to them.

So yeah, you don't get to ignore basic decency then ask from your victims to give it to you.

Touch a "counseling firm" politically involved, and you get a near guarantee of having your project FAIL.
It's not an emotional driven project, it's a reason driven one. Sweet Baby Inc is only one name among others.

Stack corpses to the sky until the message is CLEAR:
STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE MONSTERS.
If someone suggest to work with them, FIRE THEM.
