Last talent cipher help

Does anyone know where I can find my last talent cipher in Gravity Garden? I've been there dozens of times searching around but I never saw any cipher icon on my minimap or any obvious side path.
Also please buff dredger's cipher drop rate.

Psssst, it's on a side path inside the Gravity Gardens. You need to break through a wall to get it! . Hope that helps!
