Can't run the game on Windows 11

Hi,
When I try to launch the game from the Steam console it won't load.
When I've tried manually running the exe file from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Montezuma\SteamBin\exe
The following error is displayed:
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
I've installed the Visual C++ x86 and x64 bundles, tried to reinstall the game, tried to reboot my system but it didn't make a change.
Please help

sorry for the delay. the update containing the VC++ 2010 redist should address this problem.
