Horrible piece of software, I spent 4 hours working on a project, then it says "unknown error, can't export" wtf

This software has a lot of good features. It is very easy to use. It has multiple tracks for audio and can easily adjust the audio levels by adding points. I did a video of my family riding on a train, and it has a feature to remove the hum out of the video and it worked great. It has great transitions, and options for a title and an ending. I spent 4 hours editing our train trip and went to export it, and that was when I had problems. It is impossible for this to export a video. I tried every video format they had on their "good" or "High" quality. I was able to to get one video to export on AVI with Draft quality. It looks terrible. I tried even messing with the custom settings hoping that one would work, but I never could. It would normally crash around 75-84%, or it would stop on a percentage and continue to count up, but never would count down. 2 hours later, it still would say I had 2 minutes left. It isn't like I don't have a powerful machine either. I have a Ryzen 5800x, 16gb ram, and an RTX 3060. This should have not problems with exporting a video. With how expensive this software is just for slideshows, I would expect it to at least export a video. So frustrating.

I'm extremely dissapointed with this software.

I bought it to make a slideshow for my daugther's birthday and never actually made it.

It keeps crashing , on my powerful PC and on my laptop.

Tried installing new codecs , reparing my windows , reinstalling the software, converting existing videos ...

Nothing ever worked.

It become unresponsive and slow , and the export process start but never actually finished.

100% dissapointed.

Not bad, was working on 1st project , half done..program shut off. It did however save fortunately. other than that I like the program for its ease of use. Would have been nice to get maybe more effects to use without dumping more money but overall...satisfied.

There are few comments on this program in Russian, the whole one. So I'll put it like this.

Unlike Movavi Vidoe Studio 2021, this program at least does not slow down, and allows you to view the desired fragment normally. There are no complaints about downloads either, no crashes.
