pc vs ps4/switch & uncut?

hi, i wanted to finally get the game and the sequel but how is the switch vs pc/ps4 technwise? and are these games uncut on all systems and regions? thx

PC ports are absolute trash, I'd strongly suggest against buying them.

Crashing, impossible completion because PC doesn't support motion controls, no basic features like KB+M support or options, broken achievements, poor audio mixing, visual bugs etc. It's a mess. I don't think games are censored anywhere though.

thx a lot, hmmm i expected that, i am thinking about ps4 or switch version, i guess the switch version might be better cause of the controllers with the movements?

Switch has a lot of the audio problems the PC version has as well as its own unique issues (You can't beat it 100% because of free fight missions not working correctly.) and I generally recommend you either get a Wii copy or emulate it using an actual Wii remote (it really is not as hard as it sounds.) No More Heroes 1 and 2 as far as I know are not on PS4. Only one on PS4 is TSA. Emulating the Wii versions gives you the exact same experience as on switch but without the bugs it has.

Wait, what do you mean by this? Everything about those missions worked fine on my end, only mission being truly unbeatable was Baseball Mission 3.

The PS3 and Xbox 360 both got remasters of NMH1, but many despise that because it's graphics aren't cel shaded like the original and it runs at 30fps instead of 60fps. Also some NMH2 content got forced in as like extra DLC or something, as well as a Very Sweet mode that makes the female characters dress slutty. Personally I think the graphics for that port looks great cause the Wii original doesn't look good. If anyone wants a game with actual appealing cel shaded graphics, try out Jet Set Radio or Wind Waker. Breath of the Wild looks ok but it looks ugly compared to the HD remaster of Wind Waker.

Since everyone's already said how trash the PC ports are, I'll answer your other question. The only censorship that the NMH series has ever seen was when the original Wii version of the first game was released in Japan and Europe, where all of the blood and dismemberment was removed. Every subsequent game and subsequent port of the first game has been the same content-wise worldwide, although later ports of NMH1 removed the beta trailer and the song "Heavenly Star" that played in two of the shops.

Free fight missions on Switch do not complete fully and just constantly reset upon completion.
