coop glider breaks somehow

playing with a family member today and we both had Aiden's quest for the glider. I gave him the mats for mine and then gave my fam the mats for theirs. We both were able to glide and finished the quest.

Then we teleported back up to Aiden for the return to Aiden part and now my glider works but theirs doesn't. They don't have the quest. Talking to Aiden doesn't solve it.

We seem to be stuck in a place where she can't get the glider at all. We tried shutting down and bringing it back up and etc. No joy.

Any suggestions?

Also having a similar issue. My game got stuck while teleporting and had to restart. When I got back on, the quest is finished but I can't use the glider. We rolled back our server save, but even after giving Aiden the materials, we can't use the glider despite the "test the glider" task.
