Problems loading game, blocked on navmesh

I'm playing for the first time. I've created a character. I've started the game and I'm stuck on the loading page, any ideas?

However, I can confirm that I have a friend who can create the game and I can join her. For me, it's a question of difficult management of my processor. It's already happened to me on other games and I wouldn't be shocked, what do you think?

Hmm sorry to hear you're having this issue.
I have some questions that can maybe lead us to a potential solution, if you don't mind answering them. Thanks for already trying to verify your files and delete the start up config.

You say you're playing for the first time, so you aren't loading any save files right? Sometimes getting stuck on nav mesh load is an indication that there is some bad save data. But if you are making a new save that is not the case.

Are you starting by selecting Campaign and trying to play the prologue?
If you pick the skip prologue button do you have the same issue?

Hello thank you for the quick reply it makes me extremely happy.

So I have no backup data actually I also did this step in the %appdata%.
I don't have enough details, thank you for pointing this out.
What I can't figure out is that if I create a game with the prologue, there's no problem, except that at the end the pnj don't move to the cashier, so I try to play without the prologue, and that's where it causes problems, especially with the navmesh. I also check the additional parameters like “only between friends” and “ friendly fire”.
