Inventory hotbar item disappeared (Help If Possible)

My inventory hotbar item disappeared and it is the second time I notice it happen.
this is a rare occurrence over the 68 hours I played and I found my specific item gone after I warp locations.

1st occurrence is with a golf cart which I didn't really mind.
But now my epic water spell that I invested a lot of scraps into upgrading has disappeared.
This is quite frustrating and annoying, but I can farm it again.

Does anyone know if there is a solution to quickly get back my item with console commands or something?

I dread randomly losing legendary items in the future.

Hi Yusha! It sounds likely to me that you had the inventory open when you were warping and the item was placed somewhere near where you were. I am happy to use a tool to search for it if you send me your save. You can send the save by pressing ESC > Settings > Help > Report an Issue. In the report it would be helpful if you included roughly where you were before you lost the item, if you remember. Let me know when you send it so I can keep an eye out.

I just farmed a better spell book. so it is ok now.
But if this happens in the future, I will make sure to send you my save file to look over.
