These are both good suggestions! I've logged the scrap all suggestion with reference number 14267 and the sell employee option default to off as 14268. Sorry about the inconvenience of scrapping your items. Hopefully we can improve this experience a little bit soon. Thank you!
And I am sad to see this was already requested in Juli...
Dang I am very sorry to hear that happened to you.
Following this original post I moved the button into a more isolated area on the UI (it used to be next to the employee panel which was easier to misclick) and removed the scrap all button from your own death box so it wouldn't happen to your own inventory items.
But we were hesitant to slow down the process too much as it was originally requested as a time saving feature for scrapping loot you didn't want when looting.
Although I really don't want anyone to lose items they wanted to keep so I think the time save is not worth the risk. I'll add a confirmation button for it for the next update.
If you'd like to give me the details on some items you lost, I am happy to spawn them back in for you and coordinate giving you them in a file or server. I apologize for the inconvenience.
What smaller resolution are you playing at? I recently updated some of the UI to work better on super ultrawide resolutions some people were using, maybe I can also improve them for your resolution.
Maybe have it as a toggle in the options somewhere to "skip scrap all confirmation" as other games do this. So both sides can have what they want :D
my resolution was 1280 to 800 but it can be seen on others as well.
Just open a container / chest and you will see the overlapping. I tried to select the item on the field partially covered and failed. ;)
You can also see that way that the actuall box is either bigger than the visual one or the mouscursor with the "finger" is not as precise, if you slowly move the mouse around the buttons on top of a chest.
Really like the game by the way! :D
I just wanted to follow up and let you know that I was able to add this hold confirmation and it is live as of yesterday!
Based on some initial feedback, I'm planning on tuning the hold time down a bit in the next update so it's a little faster. But this should help with this risk!
Thanks for playing Saleblazers.
