A Bizarre Bazaar Quest Help

Hello i was wondering i manage to get the item Sheppard Core . but now i dont know where to deliver it just say take it to the Baazar but that is alll ? please help if possible ?

Theres a person in front of the Bazzar enterenace that gives out that quest all you have to do is hand it over and she'll use the sphere to power the gate open.

Yea sorry it got responeded on Discord but to whoever else want this Answer is , go an look for the broken Bridge that lead you cant cross . find the npc tha ask you about the twins . but to reach the bazzar deliver npc , it the guy that iss following the road north .of the bridge npc
