Constant freezes

If freezes for 2-5 seconds EVERY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ACTION, for god sake it is so annoying.
-Entering any UI, research, chests, crafting stations, bags.
-AI targetting you
-Entering any built area
-Dragging the map
-Getting a millimeter out of the shop plot
-Getting in the plot shop

You open the map,
-LAG,
-teleport to the marker
-LAG,
-get enemy in sight,
-LAG,
-kill one,
-LAG,
-chop down the tree while killing another one,
-LAG,
-LONG LAG,
-tree falls,
-you die,
-LAG.

And I'm not kidding, this is how I spent my las hour trying to retrieve my gear from ronins.

Every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minute there is something causing freeze for several seconds while the fps is 140, CPU usage is low, RAM is not full, SSD is not lagging. But the game does, and it is literally an ugly performance.

Windowed mode, no matter the graphic settings, SSD, 32g RAM, solo mode.

I'm not sure why you might be having so many lagging issues, only time I've had any lag is about every other time I open the research, and that is only for a second maybe 2.

Having the same problem. Seems to get steadily worse the more I play. This last time I opened the research tree and had to wait a good minute or so before I could do anything.
