Outpost storage keycard

Has anyone been able to find the key card for the reader? It says west of the trenches but i can’t find it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Following your message, I took a look to ensure everything was working with the keycard container and discovered a bug caused by the latest loot respawn changes that can sometimes cause the cards not to spawn properly in the chest they are in.
We have fixed this issue and will include it in a follow up patch.
Until then, if you speak to Josef in the Icy Hog Saloon in Snowville he can give you a quest that will reward you with a keycard.
