Anyone unlock this ending? I've gotten all 4 CGs in my library but this achievement didn't unlock. Was it supposed to unlock if you interact with Suzy at the end?

Achievements not unlocking

I played through the full story once and upon exiting I realized there wasn't any achievements unlocked. I've tried uninstalling the game, turning off cloud save,deleting my save file and uninstalling again but I have the same issue no matter what. Thanks for any help
