Spoils Issues
I really enjoy playing spoils but some of the matches can be ridiculously hard to win. Like on Malton I tried many times to beat the cheating kids but I thought maybe there was a chance to win. The same goes for the chapter 10 Grace level. Are those games a guaranteed loss? Also on Fort Alcazar the requirements for that challenge are extremely hard to satisfy. I replayed it at least 8 times and my efforts to have a loss no greater than 48 points or whatever was actually very difficult to achieve.

The Spoils game in general is just challenging due to how incompetent the AI of your teammate seems to be.

I really like the concept of the game, and would love to play it with 4 actual humans. But I swear the AI teammate just plays a random card out of their hand with no strategy whatsoever. They'll throw down high point cards when the other team is winning the round, and throw down 0 point cards when I've played a king already to win the round.

I don't think any of the rounds are meant to be guaranteed losses, but the poor teammate AI certainly makes it challenging to win the game.

I think some of the scenarios are actually impossible to win for story reasons. And I 100% agree about playing this game with real people! I had fun even though your teammates screw you over sometimes.

The game keeps crashing, every single time, while I play the chapter 2 spoils game on the boat

What to do?

I’ve never had that bug, so I’m not sure. Is playing spoils required to advance?

The rules are complicated af, no matter how many time I play the tutorial, still can't get it. Sometimes it doesn't matter which card I play, the game just laughs at me.
I guess I'm too retarded, lmao

I feel like it’s tricky to learn initially. Also there is a lot of luck involved with how your partner plays and what cards you receive.

Yes, as a team game, you have to put your faith in your partner as well.
What grinds my gears of the sweeper suit and lead suit stuff. Also those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kids at Malton gave me a hard time. At first round I understood why they called cheaters. But in reality, they aren't cheaters, just playing dumb in order to get 100 points by hoarding. I could copy thei strategy, but it was too late, 2nd round messed up sadly.

I agree. A lot of times my teammate wouldn’t help me win the sweeper suit, which sucked. They’d put down different suits instead of combining our cards to win. And those Malton kids are bs. I got pretty mad because I retried 3 or so times and realized it’s probably impossible to beat them.
