Game keeps crashing on the loading screen

just around 10 minutes ago i was playing normally until i clicked to go to and island and the game just crashed. I didn't think it was a big deal and started up the game again it crashed on the loading screen. I tried restarting my pc, didn't work. Tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game, still didn't work. So if anybody knows a solution please help me out.

it also happened to me... i'm so glad to hear that i'm not the only one facing this issue... but i'm upset that it's happening

Yeah im pretty upset too, i was about to finish two wublins and now i will have to either use gems or get all the eggs again
