Boo'qwurm not playing on Psychic Island

I'm not sure if it's a problem with my particular instance, but I've noticed that recently Boo'qwurm won't play anything on Psychic Island. They just idle the entire song. I've tried restarting, muting/unmuting, moving in and out of the Hotel. I don't have the Mirror island nor a Boo'qwurm on Seasonal Island so I can't be sure if it's isolated to just normal Psychic Island.
