Unexpected Install Script & Setting Off Anti-Virus Alarm

Just received an auto update. Was surprised to have the windows "okay to make changes to your computer?", authorization box pop up. Started up, and it began installing some sort of something for redistributables.

After several minutes the game started running, and then my anti virus started throwing a fit, sent a copy of the file for analysis, and shut the game down.

I expect this is nothing, but I'll give them a few hours to look at the file, then try again.
