You can't play Steam MSM with a mobile account. They're different games. Steam MSM is played with your Steam account, like most live-service games on Steam.

If you want to play Mobile MSM on a PC, you will need a mobile emulator such as Bluestacks.

The Steam version of MSM isn't a mobile game. There are no free speedups / free spins / free diamonds via ads or offerwall here, it has the same basic gameplay but economy/community/playstyle are all very different.
