cold island conundrum not show up

ever since cold island conundrum was release, i keep getting alerts or smth that its on cold island but the puzzle isnt showing up, help what do i do

You have to go into the store on cold island, and "purchase" the monument that allows you to start the conundrum. As I recall, it's a free item.

I wasn't paying close attention initially, and ended up being confused about this also. Then I took the time to actually read the announcement when it came up again. Not sure why they did it different this time.
