Game won't let me click buttons

When opening game I can't even press play. It let me once by chance, but then i couldn't do anything afterwards. I tried running the game in compatiblity mode, to no awail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Try to click above or below the play button, I heard that if the game isn't full screen the buttons aren't aligned right. Hope this helps!

my mouse doesnt affect anything in the window.

I am stuck. It’s letting me click above my mouse, but I can’t go on to full screen. Is there another way I can go to full screen without clicking on settings?
