If you are experiencing account issues and need to let us know, please submit a ticket HERE.[bigbluebubble.ladesk.com] You can also access this ticket form in-game from the Options menu, selecting Support from the bottom.

Please make sure to select "My Singing Monsters PC/Steam" on the Game dropdown and leave detailed information about the issue you are facing. Our support staff will be happy to investigate any issues you may be facing!
