Why no Seasonal Shanty zapping?! ;(((((

I know its intentional, but why aren't you able to zap from the Seasonal Shanty? Having to zap rares and seasonal monsters with a time limit is kinda overboard no? Other thoughts and opinions are appreciated ;)

I guess Celestial is the most late-game island, by a long shot. I don't think there should be seasonals to zap in the first place, but idk I don't work at BBB
