Having troubles with downloading

there was a normal update but I can't download it a note shows up saying (Content File Locked) D:\Steam\steamapps\common\My Singing Monsters\data\audio\music\01-Bass_01.wav

how do I fix it? I really don't want to be kicked from my tribe I need to know

nevermind i ended up just removing all my files and relying on the steam cloud files to download and that fixed it, and I haven't had to restart either

I did try verifying the files but then that came with another error still trying to download the update so I then got rid of the files that were causing the problem and that didn't change anything so instead i removed all files and reinstalled the game
