The combination for Clamble and Rare Clamble is the same, so you "just" got lucky while doing your normal breeding :D Congrats, Rare Clamble is cool.
I was really skeptical of this game at first because it seemed nothing but microtransactions, and that was a turnoff to me, but there were two promotional packages I was offered for $6.99 each when I first started, and I haven't spent a dime since and I'm actually having fun. I even got two Wublins activated so I've managed to get some shards.
This game is definitely better and more fun than I first thought it was.
With time, I hope to get more islands so I can breed other monsters. Diamonds seem to be harder to come by so now that the only way to increase castle size is through diamonds, it will be a while before I can upgrade my castles more, so I'm starting to run out of room, and I'm either going to have to zap monster eggs to Wublin island when possible, move them to the Collosingum, or just sell them off for coins.
Nah, you only need patience and some forethought, diamonds will be the hardest currency for new players but as long as you pop a mine on every island you unlock (be sure to put the Maximum mine on Plant/ Plant mirror as they make 4 diamonds each) you'll slowly get a decent amount.
Also be sure to put torches and have friends who can keep em lit, it helps with breeding the rarer monsters!
Yeah, and I get that now. And yes, I do have a max mine on my plant island. I was hoping to be able to put one on the cold island, but I had to settle for the regular one. I don't have any mirror islands yet.
I just got a unity tree on my plant island and it's a definite help as I've been able to sell off my excess decorations to make more room for more monsters. Unfortunately, I'm starting to run out of beds in the castle, and I don't want to spend more diamonds yet until I build up some more (it's too easy to spend them, and not easy enough to get more without shelling out more money, and so I just have to have some patience for now and wait the 12 hours for the max mine, and a day for the regular one. But I'll get there), so that means I will need to zap the excess eggs to the Wublins and sell off the rest for coins unless I want to send them to the Collosingum.
So yeah, this game has turned out to be better than I first thought it was.
Same here. Bought one starter pack and this is roughly what I would spend on casual games, not more. A tipp to get diamonds, coins etc. and rocket your progress is to build a zynth farm, there is a guide in the wiki. I focused on this right from the start and they give you 200+ diamonds per week once you are done. It took me around a month to get almost 70 Zynths, and together with my mines I harvest around 25 diamonds or more per day now.
Also rather don't have double monsters on islands, specially not 1 or 2 elements which barely give coins. There is so much to collect so once you run out I'd delete the dupe 1/2-element ones first.
Zynth? I don't think I know this one.
Well, I'm not seeing a way to sell any of my monsters. Only to move them around or teleport them.
The last monster you sold will be available as buyback on the far right of the Monsters tab of the Market if you change your mind.

It is a bit boring at first, breeding all-same monsters to zap them, but soon you will have so many islands, you can reserve spots for doing that.
Another great way to get coins is focus on 3-element fire-monsters which sell for 1 million each, I breed and sell these on light, psychic, faerie and bone (and also on haven and oasis if I don't go for rares there).
To sell monsters I believe you just have to click on info, there is an option to sell. 10 of them also can be stored in the hotel (100k coins), but believe me, hotel and island will be full soon with uniques.
Yeah, thanks; I found how to sell them. I wish it was clearer. I mean, you can do everything else just by clicking on them, so why do you have to take the extra step to sell them?
Interesting (the buyback option). Thanks.
Sure since you just started - but if you stick to it for a while you get all these soon. I am also new, never played on mobile, started on steam around a month ago.
What you can do on the first islands already is breed a couple 4-element monsters for coins. I aim for four of these on each natural island. They can hold alot of coins and leveling them to like level 8 is sufficient to get plenty coins per day. Together with the coins from zynths you can afford islands like haven and oasis soon. Then it takes a while to breed 2 fitting fire monsters, but once these are done you can breed them for a 100% sure 3-element (well, if no rares pop...) to sell it for 1M each day.
It is slow at the beginning, but then speeds-up faster and faster. I never thought it's possible to have all islands and coin-castle-upgrades after a month of tactical playing. This is what I like very much about the game.

There is space for 2 bigger wublins also, which is very helpful to zap eggs from failed breedings. These wublins can also be sold and rebought over and over to reset them.
In either case I'd keep the wublins you woke already, until you really want or have to get rid of them. These produce items just like zynths, only take up more space.
